1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders/services once confirmed can be cancelled only within 2 Days of placing the order.
- After this period, cancellations will not be entertained.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed in case of valid cancellations, failed transactions, or service non-availability.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (as per Razorpay/bank timelines).
- No refunds will be made for non-refundable services.
