Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders/services once confirmed can be cancelled only within 2 Days of placing the order.
  • After this period, cancellations will not be entertained.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed in case of valid cancellations, failed transactions, or service non-availability.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days (as per Razorpay/bank timelines).
  • No refunds will be made for non-refundable services.
